Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at SoccerVault. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., jerseys with custom names/numbers)
  • Downloadable products
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@thesoccervault.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@thesoccervault.com.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to the address provided by our support team. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
