Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting SoccerVault. The following Shipping Policy outlines how and when we ship orders from our US-based store to customers across the United States and internationally.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the continental United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $75; flat rate of $6.99 on orders under $75
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $29.99
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. SoccerVault is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SoccerVault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or carrier and reach out to us at support@thesoccervault.com.
